I know many of you and hope to meet the rest of you soon!  I have spent the last 10 of my 22 years in Nashville real estate not only selling houses, but also finding lots for Nashville's best builders.  This platform is designed by Realtors, for Realtors and is meant to help you help your clients.  We have all experienced the good, the bad and the ugly when working with our Buyers and Builders/Developers.  It is our vow to protect everyone and simplify the process. 

When you register on our site, or your client registers on our site and indicates you as their agent, it is just like if you walked into a big new neighborhood like Westhaven.  We have signed contracts with all of the landowners and builders on our site.  By registering with your client, you are verifying that you have a signed Buyer Representative Agreement with your buyer and a confirmed agency relationship.  Though we may introduce your clients to properties on our site, you will represent your clients and be compensated accordingly.  All of our team's listings have contracts with the sellers for them to pay a full commission upon closing of a sale: half of which pays us, the other half pays you.  NO COMMISSION DISCOUNTS ARE GIVEN TO BUYERS WHO DO NOT HAVE A REALTOR.  Attempting to save money by excluding you from the process with not benefit your buyers.
