General Bate Drive and Granny White Pike. The city encompasses eight square miles and is completely residential with approximately 1,800 homes and 4,700 residents. Residents are drawn to the area because of its exclusively single-family zoning and low-density housing on large lots. Oak Hill is home to the Tennessee Governor’s mansion, many churches and schools and Radnor Lake, the 1,200 acre nature preserve.
