1906-1915 Bransford Realty Company acquired approximately 70 acres of land from the Belle Meade Land Company. The Belle Meade Golf Links subdivision was recorded on November 17, 1915. It is one of the few surviving examples of subdivision planning in Nashville.

Belle Meade Links Triangle became a Neighborhood Conservation Zoning Overlay district in May, 2003.
