To sell and facilitate the sale of new construction homes in areas of Nashville where the public and their Realtors have been told we could not build and sell those homes in certain price ranges. No, we can't get you a new home built on a lot in Belle Meade for $400,000, but we CAN get you a new home built in Belle Meade for under $1M! We can also get you a new home built in most urban and suburban neighborhoods of Nashville at a much lower price than has ever been offered before, because we have changed the process. Until now, a Builder/Developer would buy a lot, build a house, pay the interest, and hope to sell it before he lost his shirt. That meant he had to add such a large margin to the cost of the house above and beyond his profit, that the house price became 10% - 20% higher than it could have been, if it had been a Custom Home with a Buyer already in place. The world has changed and IN is going to change the way you think about the idea of building a new home.......stay tuned.
