Brittle's Laws of Realtivity, thanks to Newton and Einstein

Hello Class,

Over the next year, we will study Newton and Einstein (and their Laws of Motion and Theories of Relativity, respectively) and how they accurately predicted, in the late 1600s and then the early 1900s, the inevitable future discovery of Brittle's Theories and Laws of Realtivity for Realtors and Realty Buyers and Sellers in the 21st Century.

Newton's First Law of Motion:

Lex I: Corpus omne perseverare in statu suo quiescendi vel movendi uniformiter in directum, nisi quatenus a viribus impressis cogitur statum illum mutare.

Translated (help me out here Nancy Hl):

Law I: Every body persists in its state of being at rest or of moving uniformly straight forward, except insofar as it is compelled to change its state by force impressed.

Brittle's First Law of Realtivity:

Every Realtor doing nothing, remains doing nothing and every Realtor moving forward remains moving forward, unless acted on by an outside force.

Translated: If you do nothing, nothing will happen to you; if you Go and Do, you will keep going and doing, exposing yourself to others who are moving, causing you only to move in different directions, never causing you to stop.

Newton's Second Law of Motion:

Lex II: Mutationem motus proportionalem esse vi motrici impressae, et fieri secundum lineam rectam qua vis illa imprimitur.

Translated (once again, need a little help):

Law II: The alteration of motion is ever proportional to the motive force impress'd; and is made in the direction of the right line in which that force is impress'd.

In 21st Century terminology: The change of momentum of a body is proportional to the outside force applied to that body, and occurs in the same direction in which that force is applied.

Brittle's Second Law of Realtivity:

Every Realtors' momentum is changed proportionally to the force applied by Another on that Realtors' mind and body, and the resulting movement is in the direction of the force applied.

Translated:

A Realtors' movement is directly affected by the application of force by other Realtors, and the subsequent increased Real Estate activity will retain that pace and direction until acted on by another force. Additionally, two times the force applied will result in two times the change in momentum, etc.
