Wow, What a quarter we have had here at InfillNashville!  As we try to change the way Homebuyers buy new homes, we have run across some challenges, and some Realtors with some great ideas.

We thought (at least I did) that the builders in town would love the idea of putting one of their existing plans on a lot that they didn't have to buy.

I am still sure they would, but it became obvious that they are all busy, and the idea of sitting down and modifying a plan to fit a lot, just doesn't fit into their schedules or budgets.

It also became obvious that the right people to have looking at these lots/pads/sites are the architects and home plan designers who do it for a living every day......so, what you will probably see for a little while here at InfillNashville are different home interpretations by some of Nashville's best designers and architects.   Then, we can find a builder to build the one you like best.

Lots of homes selling in Nashville right now.  Remember, when you are looking at the current market conditions, look closely at the Pending and Contingency Contracts.  That will give you a Real feel for the market.  Good luck in your home search!    JB
