John recently joined Village Real Estate Services but has been a REALTOR©  for twelve years and a Broker for the past ten for one of the largest Real Estate firms in the country.  His biggest asset can be summed up in one word, “Empathy,” as he prides himself in being able to see the real estate market from the perspective of buyers and sellers.  Having bought and sold a few of his own, he’s developed the ability to “walk in their shoes.”

John was the Art Director for a major financial/employee benefits company with offices in over 40 cities all over the world and his clients were Fortune 500 corporations.  His dad built single family homes in New Jersey for over thirty years and John worked for him early his career, and eventually held the title of Vice-President in his dad’s firm.  

Between his tenure as Art Director and REALTOR©  John, along with his partners, established and ran Long Island’s first Micro Brewery and Restaurant on the water in Port Jefferson, Long Island, New York.

His knowledge of the real estate business, the 30 years of marketing experience from his days as a Consulting Art Director, his caring about the finer details of any project he is working on and his people-related skills make buying and selling homes with him a pleasant experience.

John moved to the Nashville area to be near his children who, for different reasons, wound up living 12 miles apart but 1,000 miles away from his New York origins.
