Terms and Conditions of Our Site:

In order for Infill Nashville to be able to provide the public and real estate community with a unique resource for connecting home sites, builders and home buyers these Terms and Conditions must be accepted:

1.       We reserve the right to deny access to any agent or member of the public for any reason without explanation.

2.       We reserve the right to revoke access of any agent or member of the public for any reason without explanation.

3.       Passwords are not to be shared or given out to anyone else.  Each person using our site must be individually registered.

4.       If a member of the public has a current Buyer Broker Agreement with a real estate agent, they MUST disclose that relationship to us.  This is Tennessee state law.

5.       Members of the public or real estate agents using this site must not discuss properties listed under our “Coming Soon” section with anyone other than their real estate agent or real estate clients.

6.       “Coming Soon” listings may be occupied by owners, their families, tenants or other parties.  You may not make any contact with anyone in regard to these properties.  This includes talking to people on the premises, or calling phone numbers on signs including property management company signs, builder’s personal signs, etc.  The only people you should contact regarding these properties are your real estate agent or Infill Nashville.  This does not apply to homes that are currently listed with a real estate company.

7.       All of the listings featured on our website are our listings or others’ that were hand selected by our team.  We do not respond to requests from sellers or agents to feature their properties on our site.  We do not make any warranties regarding properties we do feature on our site.

8.       All information on our site is believed to be accurate but is not guaranteed.  Buyers should independently verify all information prior to submitting any offer to purchase.

9.       We feature the best variety of builders currently building in infill areas.  We do not make any warranties regarding these builders.  If you are a builder and would like to be considered for our site, contact John G.
