By registering on our site, you will have access to not only our current “picks” of the best new homes, resale homes, new home sites and development properties currently on the market but also to our “Coming Soon” section.  This is a list of exclusive properties NOT currently on the market or known by the general public and real estate community.  You can search the home plans of our featured builders and the locations where these homes can be built.  We connect you with a home, builder and a lot.  You get financing through the lender of your choice, and your dream home is under construction!

Your current Realtor is welcome and an important part of the Infill Nashville process!  When you register, please include the name of your Realtor if you have one.  We have contracts with all of our sellers for them to pay a full commission upon the closing of a sale: half of which pays us, the other half pays your Realtor.  NO COMMISSION DISCOUNTS ARE GIVEN IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A REALTOR.  Attempting to save money by excluding your real estate agent from the process with not benefit you.
